AIAYS Australia is an online education provider based in Australia, providing education to a global audience. We provide micro-credentials that are delivered completely online and our content is accessible worldwide.

Fees and Charges
By enrolling in the course, you agree to pay the course fees (plus applicable surcharges) using the payment method you have selected under the course enrolment agreement.

You must pay the total course fees even if you do not complete your course.

Student fees will include the necessary e-learning resources such as online interactive resources, online PDFs or workbooks dependent upon the course of study chosen.

Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund of fees paid under the following conditions:
Course Cancellation: If AIAYS cancels your nominated course before you have logged in to the system, you are entitled to a full refund.
You may cancel your enrolment and receive a refund, less a $100 administrative fee to cover processing and setup costs, within the applicable cooling-off period: before the course start for courses under 3 days, within 3 days of enrolment for courses up to 1 month, and within 7 days of enrolment for courses over 1 month.
Additional fees incurred through late or failed payments via our payment plan providers such as, (Debit Success, Student Pay) must still be paid in full. To withdraw from a course, you must submit a formal request via the “Request to Withdraw” form.

Requesting Withdrawal After the Cooling-Off Period
Refunds are not offered beyond the 3-day cooling-off period due to the significant intellectual property and goodwill associated with our courses. If you are outside the cooling-off period, you have several flexible options:

Transfer to a different course if your current course is unsuitable.
Transfer your course to another person (such as a friend or family member).
Pause your course for an agreed period.
Personalise your payment plan to meet your financial needs.
Reduce the amount being paid or reschedule your payments to a more convenient schedule.
Course commencement

Unless otherwise agreed, the agreed course commencement date will be the date of issuance of a username and password for online course access.

Unlimited Access
Unlimited access means that your course access does not expire. Therefore, as long as you are active for over 12 months, your login and password will remain active to access your course. The only exception to “unlimited access” is if the course is cancelled, updated or changed. This will only happen if all students have completed the course. *Depending on the course, AIAYS controls only the courses created and distributed via their LMS.
